This Code of Conduct & Ethics Policy (“Policy”) establishes the fundamental principles and guidelines that govern our business conduct and sets clear expectations for all employees, officers, directors, contractors, consultants, and representatives.

Scope

This Policy applies to:

  • All Goldman Whites employees and personnel at all levels

  • Contractors, consultants, agents, and third‑party representatives acting on behalf of Goldman Whites

 Confidentiality and Data Protection

 Use of Company Resources

 Reporting Violations

Employees are encouraged to report unethical behavior, violations of this Policy, or suspicious activities in good faith. Reports will be handled confidentially and without retaliation.

Enforcement and Consequences

Failure to comply with this Policy may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment or contractual relationship. Where applicable, violations may also be reported to legal authorities.

Acknowledgment

All employees, contractors, and representatives of Goldman Whites are required to acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to comply with this Policy.
